This data will be used for the purpose of responding to your queries. Upon providing this data, you are unequivocally aware that EYHER captures your personal data and handles them in accordance with the commitment below.
EYHER promises not to disclose, sell, or share this data with third parties without your express approval. Likewise, EYHER will cancel or rectify the data when inaccurate, incomplete or no longer required or relevant for their purpose, pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, for the Protection of Personal Data. Personal data will, amongst other things, be considered as the following: The user's name, surname(s), telephone and full address (type of street, name of the street, flat, door, postcode, town and province), as well as the e-mail address. Personal data will not be used for direct marketing campaigns, unless EYHER has informed you previously of this possibility and you have given your express consent. EYHER adopts the required security levels in accordance with the Regulation of Security Measures approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, of 6 June. Nevertheless, EYHER accepts no liability for damage resulting from alterations that third parties, out with EYHER, may cause in the computer systems, electronic documents or user files.
EYHER will not knowingly collect personal data from children without insisting that they seek prior parental consent if required by applicable law. We will only use or disclose personal data about a child to the extent permitted by law, to seek parental consent pursuant to local law and regulations or to protect a child. The definition of "child" or "children" should take into account applicable laws as well as national and regional cultural customs.
